THE GROTTO hair studio was established in August 2003 and originally opened its doors in the heart of downtown Bellingham. After a shift in management, the studio was relocated, expanding in space, services and staff in 2008 to its current location in the historical Fairhaven district. The studios co-owners share 18 years in the salon business and a passion for the ever evolving beauty industry. They realize the importance of a positive and educated atmosphere where guests as well as staff feel welcome, comfortable and a confidence in talent and ability. Excellence in customer service is the ultimate goal at THE GROTTO, which begins upon entry and carries over to the guests experience when they recreate their "look" at home, utilizing the information they received during their visit. From "How To" tips, to product recommendations, our staff promises to cover all the bases. THE GROTTO offers client incentives such as a Referral Rewards Program, Rebook Rewards, In-salon promotions, special web promotions and participates in several auctions, fund raisers and events throughout the year.
